Return Policy
We want you to love your Big Papi order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Email us at support@bigpapiclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@bigpapiclothing.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
